RN/LPN

  • Nurses at Evergreen are team leaders, they are fully integrated with the team and assist with bedside personal care

  • Evergreen provides IV therapy, wound care, palliative and end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, chronic disease management  

  • Nurses are provided with additional training in areas such as Obtaining Consent, Trauma Informed Practice and Evidence-based Practices

  • One position available: 4 x 8 hour shifts on; 4 days off – rotating, days, evenings and nights

  • One part time position available: 1 -2 shifts booked per week

  • Available shifts are 8 hour and 12 hour, per preference

  • Flexible scheduling

Health Care Assistants

  • The Health Care Assistants are the bedside specialists, skilled to support people living with disability or life limiting illness, sustain a quality of life

  • The HCA provides person-centered care and is accountable for respecting confidentiality, promoting privacy and dignity and advocating for quality of life

  • The HCA covers 24/7/365 and therefore must be flexible, reliable and willing to work outside of Monday-Friday 9-5pm

  • Full time and Part time positions available

Health Care Support Staff

  • No formal training required, kindness and compassion first

  • An interest in the health care field  

  • Working alongside the Health Care Assistants, supporting all areas of the day to day
