Some Responsibilities include:
Answers phone, takes messages, answers routine inquires
Mail pick up, sorting and distribution
Communication with residents, families, vendors, contracted services and staff
Sorting and filing
Multi- level payroll
Maintaining and Balancing Petty cash
Use of Sage Cloud Accounting software
Maintaining Trust Ledgers
Human Resources: Maintaining employee files, onboarding into the pay roll system, supporting the use of the pay roll software.
