Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

  • Works in collaboration with the Finance Manager and CEO.

  • Full- time with flexible schedule options.

  • $25.00 + benefits

  • Have excellent computer skills – word, excel, typing

  • Communicate effectively both written and verbally

  • Have an interest in furthering your education and experience to take on more roles and responsibilities within the Evergreen finance department

Some Responsibilities include:

  • Answers phone, takes messages, answers routine inquires

  • Mail pick up, sorting and distribution

  • Communication with residents, families, vendors, contracted services and staff

  • Sorting and filing

  • Multi- level payroll

  • Maintaining and Balancing Petty cash

  • Use of Sage Cloud Accounting software

  • Maintaining Trust Ledgers

  • Human Resources: Maintaining employee files, onboarding into the pay roll system, supporting the use of the pay roll software.
