• Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Criminal Record Check and obtain a current TB status

• Evergreen is under the public health order requiring all employees be double vaccinated for COVID-19.

Details:

Paid and volunteer opportunities available.

• $15.65 an hour.

• 2,4,6,8 hour shifts available.

• Must be willing to work a fair share of weekends.

• Shifts start as early as 8am and work as late as 9pm.

Care focus

Successful applicants will be paired with a Health Care Assistant and will complete activities such as bed making and other cleaning, laundry, one to one companionship, and assistance with eating and drinking.

Food focus

In the kitchen cleaning, doing dishes and learning cooking and baking skills.

Support focus

Cleaning, laundry, looking after the pets, helping in the yard, sorting and organizing thrift shop donations.

Specific Nursing Student opportunities:

• $26.60 an hour.

• 8 and 12 hour shifts available.

• Must be willing to work a fair share of weekends.

• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, facility is in operation 24/7/365

Summer student Health Care Assistant (HCA)

• Hands on experience with a skilled health care team.

Nurse Aide

• Duties include routine medication administration, rehabilitative responsibilities, routine vital signs, assistance with personal care.
