Health Care Services available at the facility (at a cost to the resident).

Residents and/or family/responsible party are required to pay fees for services not covered by the Ministry of Health. These fees include:

• incontinence products (private pay)

• Activity/outing fees/charges

• Medications not covered by PharmaCare

• Companion services/attendant care

• Hairdressing

• Podiatry/foot care

• Cable/internet

• Rehabilitation Services - such as Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist (swallowing assessment)

• Personal care items - such as denture cup and cleaner, toothbrush, hairbrush, comb, toothpaste, deodorant, powder, after-bath lotion, electric shaver, shampoo and conditioner.

• Alcohol

• Clothing and clothing repairs

• Dry cleaning, ironing, labelling

• Equipment repairs

• Phone

• Postage

• Tuck shop items

• Escort duty

• Transportation
