Job Application Form
Your application will be valid for 90 days. After this time you will be required to submit a new application if you wish to reapply. The information provided in your application will be used to evaluate your candidacy. Management will keep your application for 90 days. Should you be hired, your application will be placed in your file and kept at the HR office.
Members of Management will have access to your file. You can also consult your file after first making an appointment with an HR representative. Should an error appear in your file, you can request that it be corrected.
